Beautiful Wildflower Summer Wedding at Botanica

Molly and Ben's wedding was one of my favorites from this year. Right off the bat Molly and I connected and I was so excited to bring her wildflower vision to life.

With its stunning natural surroundings, Botanica set the perfect stage for a floral design that was both vibrant and whimsical. Drawing inspiration from wildflower meadows, every detail of their floral arrangements reflected joy, love, and a celebration of nature. It was a dream to bring their vision to life! We chose a color palette inspired by the sunset with lots of blush, coral, peach, orange, and yellow.

Molly’s bouquet was a showstopper. Designed to feel airy and organic, it featured a mix of vibrant blooms in shades of coral, white, peach, and just a touch of soft blue in honor of her late father, accented with delicate greenery and textural elements. The bouquet had a lively, bouncy quality that perfectly complemented her radiant bridal look. It was as if the bouquet had been hand-picked from a meadow that very morning, exuding charm and effortless beauty.

The bridesmaids carried bouquets that echoed the wildflower meadow inspiration. With pops of color and texture, the bridesmaids' bouquets were a delightful nod to the carefree beauty of wildflowers, adding an extra layer of joy to the wedding party’s ensemble.

The ceremony arch was a lush, grounded design brimming with vibrant blooms and greenery. Set against the backdrop of Botanica’s stunning landscape, it created an intimate and breathtaking space for Molly and Ben to exchange their vows.

After the ceremony, the arch was carefully repurposed to the sweetheart table, seamlessly tying the ceremony and reception together. This multi-use design was not only practical but also ensured the stunning florals could be enjoyed throughout the evening.

For the reception, Molly and Ben opted for farm tables adorned with clusters of bud vases. Each vase held a selection of vibrant blooms, creating a tablescape that felt lively, welcoming, and elegant. This design allowed guests to enjoy the beauty of the flowers without overwhelming the tables, leaving plenty of room for plates, glasses, and conversation. The bud vases added a playful yet refined touch to the celebration, perfectly capturing the couple’s style.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Molly and Ben on their special day. Their vision for vibrant, wildflower-inspired florals was a dream to bring to life, and Botanica provided the perfect setting to showcase their love story.

If I could give Kelly 10000 stars I would. I knew the second I talked to Kelly on the phone that I wanted her to be our florist. Kelly has the kindest, sweetest heart and made everything so easy and special. She is quick to respond to any questions / changes you have and will talk through it all with you. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what is in season and what flowers will be best for the look you are going for. My flowers were a dream come true - Kelly took my vision and made it even better than I could have imagined. Six months before my wedding I lost my father unexpectedly- when I called Kelly to let her know she immediately helped with how I could honor him. She worked with my older sister to surprise me with adding a special pendent to my wedding bouquet with my fathers handwriting on it. All these small details / magical things happened because Kelly truly cares for her clients.
